Personal Training is an eight-week comprehensive program that combines nutrition coaching, strength training, and mobility progression to help you achieve sustainable results.

Our philosophy is simple: build movement before muscle. Focusing on proper movement patterns first lays the foundation for strength, performance, and injury prevention.

Each week includes three training sessions:

​

  • Two in-person sessions with a certified coach

  • One home-based session designed for flexibility and consistency

​

We also emphasize active recovery, ensuring your body heals properly between sessions so you can perform your best and make continual progress.
